All designs are then proofed as a layout to scale on a technical drawing of your vehicle, prior to printing or cutting the full size signsin vinyl. Alterations can be made at any point prior to the printing or cutting.

This van used a combination of layered metallic vinyls and a digital print for the image of the spray-booth. The van itself was custom sprayed bright pink in our paintshop. The logos were swapped around at the last minute, showing how flexible the design process can be.

The design was then adapted for use in local newspaper advertising.

This sign was created for a shop, made to match into the signs for their van and cars.

The work for print shown below was part of a design which was adapted for business stationary, advertising meterials and digitally printed vinyl vehicle graphics.

Vinyl signsmaking is generally restricted to solid colours, although special airbrushed effects can be added afterwards. Generally, most results can be achieved in cut vinyl by layering colours

For photorealistic images and more complicated lettering, signs can be digitally printed onto vinyl or other materials such as banners.

We recently created the image below for use on outside signs - they were printed digitally on vinyl and mounted on exterior grade forex foam board. Signs like this are printed with solvent inks and have an outdoor durability of 5 years. Unlike onventional signs which are printed on paper then laminated, signs printed with solvent inks will not fade for 5 years.

For vinyl signs we ideally need any graphics supplied as .eps or .ai.

Images for print can be supplied in any format.

If you are supplying graphics on paper, please make sure the copy is as clean as possible.
